2010 S80 w/ factory bluetooth

2010 S80 w/ factory bluetooth
Hello all, I have a brand new S80 with the bluetooth and a Samsung winmobile phone. It connects just fine but will not always fill in any of the last 10 folders and sometimes when I dial frm the phone book on the dash it says dialing and then just goes back to the home screen. Is it my phone or something else?
