This morning out of the blue, I put my key in my car and it wouldn't go past position 1. After some fiddling I was able to get it to go to start the car. After I got to work it was somewhat hard to get it to turn back almost like something was stuck but it did shut off. The wheel isn't locked at all because that was the first thing I checked.....

The key goes in and out smooth. If I need a new tumbler what could I be looking at? Also could I have my local garage order it from volvo as I can save on labor vs the dealer.

Thanks for any suggestions or help. My car is a 2004 S80 T6 with 130K on it.
