So if you read my post below you see I was looking at buying a 2000 S80... well the dealer was going to call me today w/ numbers. Well never called... never called... finally I just call him... He's like sorry i got really busy blah blah blah... here's the #'s call me if you are interested ok thanks bye... I'm like... uh ok... guess you don't want to sell the car... in the course of talking about the car he's like... The Volvo is an unusual car for us blah blah blah (they are a buick dealer got it on trade from an old guy for a buick... go figure)... i'm like... you are a dealer... So ya... I'm probably not going to buy the car soley based on annoyance. Sorry for the rant.

 

Sounds like I'd pass too. There's plenty of good conditon Volvo S80's out there (bluebook itself is loaded) no need to get overworked over this one.

No need for an apology, we all need to relieve stress in one form or the other once a while.

I would definitely forget the dealer. If they're like this at sales stage, imagine the nightmare you are going to have to deal with when it comes to servicing your vehicle.

Poor quality businesses need to go.

If that volvo is under warranty and you buy it from buick then you are going to have difficult time when it comes to warranty.
