Usually either the blower motor or resistor is bad.

The resistor is inside by the blower motor. You will have to remove the motor to check the resistor.

Thanx, AC is working for the moment but just curious if everyone has the same issue with the air not blowing that hard. Seems like there should be alot more air pressure coming from the vents. Its been like this since I bought the car so Im not sure if its normal or not.

Maybe the pollen filter is clogged not allowing alot of air to enter.

It is under the dash on the passenger side. Remove the lower dash panel. Then look for a black panel the screws go straight up. They are torxes 25 screws. There is also 2 types of filters. If you have teh small one you can get away with only removing the 2 screws towards the seat and fold the cover down and work the filter out. If you have the bigger one you will need to remove the 4 screws and it will slide out. The front 2 screws are a pain to get to. They are close to the firewall.

weird, I wonder if your filter was so plugged up it made the blower moter work overtime and get hot or something? Keep us posted if it keeps on keeping on without doing anything else.......
