Hi, I just saw yesterday a S80 (non-turbo) that I liked a lot. Price is good as well. Problems: Air conditioning, door locks and windows don't work. Since car is armored (ballistic safe against kalashnikov), I wonder cost of repair to make worth my while the purchase. Car is model year 1999. Anyone has an idea of the problem and its solution? Beware that since car is not original (because of armor) I might have some surprises while repairing. Thanks for help.

 

They all might be an easy problem to fix. If the car is pretty cheap I would buy it.

it would probably lose ALOT of its efficiency and power...

then again, you could roll thru the hood and have no worries haha

as for the OP's question, any car that old will have problems, could be as easy as a fuse, or could be as hard as a cut wire somewhere in the door panels, you never know, should you buy it ? probably not, find another s80 they are old there should be plenty of them around
