Bumper removal to replace headlight lens?
I purchased a driver's side headlight lens to replace the badly cracked one in my wife's 2003 S80. It is apparent that the bumper cover needs to come off to accomplish this. How do I get the cover off properly without damaging it? Any help would be appreciated so I can move on to my own repair work! Thanks.
I just had this done.
I bought the lens on ebay and then had the dealer do it. It came out cheap because the headlight wiper motor was damaged and under warranty. The dealer gaver me a break and only charged me 1/2 hour labor.
I think a body shop is probably going to save you money over the dealer.

I used to run a body shop and probably would be able to give you a good answer if I'd replaced mine. My driver side also broke, quick fix for me as I just used clear tape. I just don't like spending more money on this car unless I have to.
