Camshaft timing over advanced

Camshaft timing over advanced
What does P0014 Exhaust camshaft position timing over advanced, P0011 Intake camshaft over advanced, P0299 Turbo underboost, and Cylinder 3 and 5 misifires mean? Not a timing belt slip, right?
