Default changing 02 sensors on 2002 S80

Can anyone give me insight on how difficult it would be to change the 02 sensors on a S80 2.9 non-turbo? How hard are the sensors to get to? I have jack stands and ramps and have found from some research that you have to access them from under the car and may have to take cat. conv. off??? I'm a novice mechanic at best, but can handle just about anything that entails removing the old part and putting the new one on. Also, if someone knows of a site that shows or instructs how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any input.

I have done so many S80's I cannot remember off hand I know they really aren't all that bad. The worse case you have to drop the exhaust in the middle and a few cross brackets to get to the sensors.

These are Volvo's instructions for 2002 s80 non turbo. It doesn't look too hard on the Non-Turbo.

Good Luck.
