Default Cluster lights

While I was driving today, the little orange triangle that has been on slowly dimmed and then burned out.

I want to replace all the message display lights because you can't see them during the day.

How do you access to the screen lights and the triangle?

I think the trim around the cluster pops out then there is 4 screws holding the cluster in the dash.

I just go in and remove everything like a second nature sometimes hard to explain how to do it.

Remove two caps from upper screws and screws themselves, pull surround trip downward then out. There are four screws in the corners of the cluster, be careful the two top ones are a betch without a magnetic screwdriver. The bulbs are $12 ea from volvo, but if you pull the bulbs from their plastic inserts, they can be replaced with Sylvania 37s. These are not the correct bulbs and are a snug fit, but were the closest I could match to real size after several trips to different auto and non-auto stores. I replaced all mine with these and they work fine. When closing up the bezel trim, I would wait until last to reattach the flap connecting the steering column to the bottom for last (held in by 3 clip inserts).
