so I just wanted to know if anyone here has done a cold air intake on a s80 T6, I did it on mine but I just wanted to see what you guys think of it. any pointers what can I do to make it better or just any tips in general.

You probably had better flow with the stock air filter...

 

I had actually built a CAI from a supercharged cobalt model. https://volvoforums.com/forum/volvo-...install-69612/ I have since then removed it though, it was rubbing on the transmission and put a nice whole in the pipe.
