Hello All,

I have noticed that small wheel on combination switch (left handle on steering wheel) doesn't work. When I role wheel it should show information on display (mileage, fuel consumption,...) but it does nothing. As for other functions (left signal, high beams,..) it is OK.

I am not sure if the replacement of handle is going solve problem or the problem is bigger. I am dealing first time with this kind of problem for many, many years with different Volvo's.

Any idea where to start ....

 

what year is your S80? You should be able to find the various switch modules on a dealer web site like tascaparts.com. Just search for "steering wheel & trim"

Ordered from local dealer ...I am not sure if it common problem (it seems to be) or previous owner wanted to mask some problem with disabled trip computer. Once I have attention here, do you know which fuse used for controlling trip computer (I want check first before I replace combination switch).
