cruise control

2001 S80 T6

Cruise Control only activates about half of the time...and sometimes it disengages for no reason.

Any similar cases out there?

There still might be codes in the system.
If there is codes in the Engine or ABS system it will make it do that.
Or you could also have a brake pedal sensor going bad.

My brake pedal sensor is bad and I was not able to engage the cruise control. I have code 9400 and when the engine system service required message is not ON, I will be able to engage the cruise.
