Default Fuel Induction Cleaning?

Hello

I just checked my email and I got a internet special offerfrom my Volvo dealership for something called Fuel Induction Cleaning for $109.95 sale price, reg. price is $237.95.

Here is exactly what it says:

With this service, the fuel system is cleaned, includeing the throttle unit, intake plenum, fuel rail, injectors, intake valves, combustion chamber, catalytic converter and oxygen sensors. The benefits include increased fuel effeciency resulting in increased miles per gallon, reduced emissions, and increased horsepower.

Has anyone ever had this kind of service done before and if so has anyone seen any kind of improvement in the car's performance and fuel effeciency.

I have a 99 S80 now with 140K miles so I considering getting this done but also want to make sure if its worth it or not.

2 cans of SeaFoam (about $16 U.S.)will do the same thing, if not better .. 1 1/3 can in the gas tank and the other 2/3 in the vacumm line.......Savings of nearly $100 if you dont mind getting your hands dirty.
