Fuel Injection Cleaning through Fuel Rail S80 T6
2000 Volvo S80 T6
I plan on flushing the fuel injectors and I need a few specs.
Where is the return fuel line? I need to know where it is in the engine bay and by the fuel tank.
I also need the operating and cleaning fuel pressure.
I feel dumb because I knew where it was on my 1999 S80 T6.
P.S. If anyone would like a professional fuel injection cleaning kit I know where to buy them at a great price. The kit is for most cars on the road not just Volvo.
Thanks,
Eric

I know how to disable the fuel pump via the fuse box but what about the return fuel line. If there is a return fuel line the cleaning solvent will end up in the engine (good) and fuel tank (bad). A diagram would help.
Thanks,
Eric

We never worried about pinching the Return line.We never had any problems.
I bet it is under the car I really haven't payed attention to it.
You might have to still unplug the pump. Most of the S80's when you pull the fuse the car will not run. There is other things connected to it that will stop it from running.
P.S.I am never without trouble with my computer!!!
