Default Headlight Controls, Foglight Controls and Thumbwheel Don't Work

1999 Volvo S80 T6

Attached is a picture of the thing I'm talking about, all of the controls on there have stopped working.

Is there a fuse for all of these items? I can't seem to figure out which it would be and every fuse I've tried replacing looks and tests as good.

Anyone have any ideas?

What isn't working? Do the lights come on? Do your headlights work? Try this as it seems to reset other things- open and close the locks via your remote control several times.

I think we need more clarification on what is not working specifically on the switch.

ALL of the controls on that module don't work anymore.

The headlights work, they come on when I start the car.

Opening and closing the locks repeatedly has done nothing.

I'll be honest I don't actually know for sure what the 3 position **** does (I think it lets you switch between daytime running lights and headlights during the day, but I don't know for sure), I just leave it in that top position. In the past that would allow me to turn on the brights. Now I can flash them but they don't stay on. The green LED on it used to be on all the time, it isn't anymore. The thumbwheel no longer increases or decreases brightness of anything. The foglight buttons no longer turn on and off the foglights (the leds on the buttons do NOT turn on and off either, they are just off).

Turn signals work. Information center works, however the writing is very dark now.

I took some pictures with my cell to better show what I mean.

At this point I think it's a break in the wires leading to the controls, if I pull the part out of the dash and wiggle them enough and shake it around it sometimes works.
