Seriously, the headlamp assemblies you have on your 20x year old car - are the best they can be (properly aimed with clear lenses, new bulbs) Anything else aftermarket will just **** off other drivers because the beam pattern will be wrong and blinding them. You will be that jerk everyone complains about with the CCCCing lights that are blinding me! Just put some green, blue or yellow bulbs in if you really want to be different!

not sure of what's available for your year but for older cars one upgrade was to replace the American model's headlight lenses with the European "e-code". There are also kits to replace factory halogens with Xenons and there are aftermarket bulb options but some of those may set off the bulb out warning or draw too much current and can produce too much heat to fry the sockets etc. You can start on eBay but buyer beware... so best to read up on the related issues.
