Default HELP identifying body kit, lights, rims - PICTURES

I'm new to Volvos, the s80 in particular. I found this picture and really liked the look of the car. I'm not sure about any specifics of anything in this picture but I'd like to know what front bumper that is, what rims those are, and how to get the lights under the headlights (not sure of specific name).

Here is the link: http://www.caradvice.com.au/7833/volvo-at-sema/

If you scroll down you should see it. It says something about it being a concept car. Does that mean I can't find those pieces as aftermarket parts?

Oh, if it's not possible to purchase those specific parts on the car in the picture, can anyone point me in the right direction to find things similar to them? I've looked around and found some good sites for rims and tires. I don't know much about body kits and installing the [after market?] lights.

Wheels:

I believe they're the last onces listed on the page.

As far as the body kit goes I believe was all custom made by Heico.

Ok, thanks. Do you know if there is any way I can get fog lights on my s80? I think some of the newer models' front bumpers have them. Would the newer bumpers fit onto my 2002?

I'm not sure if I understand you. Most cars, including yours, should already have two openings to fit fog lights in them. Did you want OEM fog lights or something like in the picture?

Actually, I am an idiot. My front bumper does have places for fog lights lol.

Sorry for all the trouble, but would you happen to know of any aftermarket bumpers, and side skirts available for the s80?

I honestly think it's kind of ugly, but to each their own. The guy doesn't respond to posts but apparently does to emails (don't quote me on this) Just expect shipping rates for this to be very hefty!
