Default Horn Fuse Blowing 2004 S80

So now my horn fuse is blowing. I replace the fuse, and the horn blows weakly and then the fuse pops again. Should I be looking at the horns themselves, something in the steering wheel, or somewhere else?
Anybody else had this problem? I searched, but didn't find any s80s reporting this issue.
Thanks,
Walter

At a loss, just sounds like a random issue (definately not specifically related to Volvos). I'd say, I'd start by looking at the horn, check the connections, make sure the wires are clean and not grounding out (causing the fuse to blow).

What would concern me is if it's the clock spring that has a frayed wire in the steering wheel. Was the car ever in an accident where the front airbag deployed?

Thanks. No accidents.
The horn grounds through the clock spring though, right?

Unplug the horns, replace the fuse, press the button. You'll have an answer quickly.
