IMMOBILITY - see manual

Has anyone seen this error before? I got it last night with the orange (not red) warning light. My wife has the car today so I don't have the manual on me.

It means there was a fault in either the key or the immoblizer system.

Did it not start before the message came on?

There could be a weak signal from the key to the antenna.
Keep watch and see if it keeps happening.

The immoblizer system is so that someone can't make a copy of your key and start your car.
