Default looking to buy

My 850R got totaled the week of Christmas. I'm looking for a replacement and have seen
a 2001 S60. But I have appt. to see a 1999 S80 and a 2000 S80. Just looking for some help as far as anyone recommending it or do I steer clear? Thanks

I would stay away from 99 S80, have one and nothing but trouble. First year they started making then a lot of problems.

It's a 99 S80T6. Has 120,000 miles, timing belt was done at 100K. She said no problems and asking $3500. Car is loaded and rides nice. Any other opinions????

Most people will tell you that the 99 has pretty shocking reliability.. Only really got their act together by 2002 i think on the s80..

If you don't need the extra space, i'll grab the s60.
