No Heat / No Defrost Airflow

No Heat / No Defrost Airflow
I recently acquired a 2000 S80 t6 with 130,000 miles. The PO had the timing belt changed at 107,000 miles. Everything works fine with the exception of the heat/defrost. I think these may be seperate issues.
First: NO HEAT - The coolant warms up fine. Thermostat is OK. Both input and output hoses of the heater core get hot. But when the heat is turned on (even with the blower at full blast), the temperature of the air is ambient temp. Any suggestions?
Second: NO AIRFLOW out of the defrost vents to the windshield. When I press the defrost button, there is no movement of air out of the vents to the windshield. But it does blow cold air out of the center vent in the dash (above the radio).
I really like the way the car handles and would like to keep it for a while - but I need Heat!!! Does anyone know where I can find a schematic of the climate control system?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in davance.

I had a chance to look at it this morning. Everything looks OK. Doesn't seem like anything is out of place. I did find out that the problem may be in the Climate Control assembly in the dash. No matter what I press (defrost, mid section, or floor) it still blows through the center dash vent. Is there a way to pull out the whole section and check it?
Thanks,
Dan
