Proper Operationg Temperature

Whats the proper operating temperature of a 2000 S80 T6? I know the needle is straight up but what is the temp in farenheit or Celcius. These engines seem to put off a lot of heat.

Mine runs at 200F. When it reaches 220F the fan will kick on.
