Radio - windshield washer static

When ever I activate the windshield washer, my rear speakers have static until the washer is deactivated. Definitely a wiring issue.
Where will I check the wiring for the ground connection?

I have the same issue. 2003 S40. Rear speakers produce low level static when the wipers are on. Anyone else have this problem?
