I just had my oil changed and they do not know how to reset the "schedule maintenance light", any ideas? 2008 s80 with modular insert key. Thanks

 

The light is to be reset at services not at oil changed

 

I think the OP was saying he had his oil changed at a location other then a Volvo dealership as part of the maintenance requirement. Some individuals do not place as much value in the service schedule and instead focus on what often seems to be the most crucial service item, the changing of the oil. Does that eliminate the need to do the other things in the service schedule, no, but I can see the desire to eliminate the reminder.
