I had a repair crank sensor and cleaned the throttle. After this, I found a timing issue that caused starting issue and solved it. Then I drove around 90 KM in hill country road and noticed it stay low rpm (2000) when it pick the hills. The car slows and Instantaneous fuel consumption liter /km goes over 34. Total trip average fuel consumption 14.8 L / 100 Km is this normal or what could be the issue/s.
