I need help locating my blower motor resistor in my s80. (Volvo part 8693262). The fan does not come on at all and all my lights on the climate control panel work. The blender doors, etc. move as well. I pulled the harness off to the blower and tested for voltage and there is nothing, so it should be the resistor, but I'm not sure where its at. I would appreciate any input. Thanks...

 

The resistor is in the blower motor assembly. You have to remove the blower motor to get to it. The blower motor is mounted into a housing. Once you remove the motor from the housing you will be able to remove the resistor.
