I have a 2003 Volvo S80, non turbo, with about 95k miles. We are having an ongoing AC problem. Turning the AC on and the air is coming from the upper vents just fine, but then aftera few minutes the air stops coming from the vents. What little air is coming out is cool, and you can still hear the rush of air, but it seems that the air is no longer being diverted to the vents. Playing with the upper, middle or lower controls, don't seem to work either. Turning the AC off,and using just "fan" also doesn't let air come out of the vents. You can still hear the change in fan speeds, by varying the fan control, but no actual air comes out of the vents. Ideas?
