Default Swapping Driver's Power Seat from 2001 to 2002

I just got done swapping the Driver's power seat with one out of a 2001 S80. I also swapped out the heated seat module and the power seat module under the seat. Nothing is working now, could it be that because I swapped the modules from my old seat to the one I got out of the 2001 S80 be the cause? I'm not sure if I should have left all the modules stay where they were and that this is why nothing is working?

More details needed. Were all these items functioning before the swap or was the reason for the swap because things weren't working?

Yes, everything was working just fine. The only reason for the swap was because I had a ugly worn and torn-up seat.

Does the "module" include the power seat motor as well, or is that a separate component?

separate motor's. Im trying to figure out if I have to put the original module's back in the seats to make them work. The power seat module may be married to the motors. I can't figure out why the heater wouldn't work. The module was the same part number but it did have additional number's on the module that were different. I guess I have to take the seat out and do it all over again.

Well, I should have never swapped all the modules when I swapped the seat. I put all the original modules back in the seat that they belonged to and everything is fine now. Live and learn as always!
