The trunk for my "00 S80 will not open. Everytime when I open the trunk, I have to open it manualy with the key. I tested the electric motor lock, fuses and all the wires and there was continuity. When I took the car in to have the CV boot replaced, I also asked the tech look into the trunk problem and if he could fix it. He didn't fix it or charge me for the diognostics, but told me (based on his tests) that the problem would most likely be a bad relay. In the trunk next to the fuse box is a relay circuit board. Each relay slot is numbered MI1-MI24. One of those relays must be for the trunk motor. But I have no clue which one it is. The owners manual and the Haynes repair(UK edition) doesn't tell me which relay slot is for the trunk. Please help???
