Turbo Control Valve???..

Turbo Control Valve???..
I got a ECM 6806 code, which translates to a TCV failing. So far its not affected my the drive.
Is this something I can do on my own??.. I have a 99 S80 T6, so Im assuming theres 2 Turbo control valves... I also just hit 160,000 miles
