First is data logging, the data logging function is used to report the problem that cannot be detected or solved by the maxidas ds708. To perform a data logging, follow the instruction below to operate the data logging while the vehicle is being scan. The error report will be sent to the technical support center automatically. The engineer will try to solve the problem and get back to you within 48 hours with the update function. You can finally upgrade your maxidas ds708.

I just want to be sure I understand. If the Autel maxiDAS DS708 can't detect or solve a problem with vehicle, I can use the data logging function to send information about the problem to an engineer? From there the engineer should be able to provide an update to the MaxiDAS DS708 to add support for the problem? Seems like some sweet tech support if so! Is 48 hrs guaranteed? That would be impressive

1. Please can you tell me if it is a genuine english language, UK designated model?

2. Is it updatable, how many updates come with it, and does it 'time out' if not updated?
3. Who/where do i turn to in the event of a warranty/guarentee claim or return?
