I have an unresponsive UEM. The normal recourse would be to use the remote or do the unlock/lock door lock thing. Both of which haven't worked for years. I talked to the dealer about hooking it up to their computer and he told me that for a "reboot" of just the UEM it would be $175!!!!! Is there any other way to check to see if the UEM is bad or just "sleeping?"

My symptoms are no power locks, sunroof, power trunk, or interior lights. This happened after the car had been sitting for a month during the summer while I drive my motorcycle.

I have tried:

1. Taking the battery cables off and holding them together to reset the cars computer
