Default Volvo S80 seat problems

This is a two part question
I recently bought an S80 but the passanger seat has all of these paint spots on it. Please see the pictures attached.

Does anyone know anything that I can use to remove them? The car currently has 104,000 miles on it so cansomeone tell mewhat I should be checking to keep the car in good shape. I already know about oil changes and filter changes and checking the transmission fluid but is there anything else?I will be using it to drive long distances everyday.

Any help is appreciated
thanks

try some paint thinner just on the spots themselves followed by water and then a leather conditioner over the entire seat, as far as service, unless you know otherwise change all the fluids and filters you can, getting the car up on a lift will give you a good idea of the condition of the componants underneath, belts, plugs, brakes, c-v boots etc, just a good inspection will get you going in the right direction, hope this helps.

Thanks
I have another question. I am not too sure if the timing belt was replaced on the car but the engine does have a squeaking type sound when it is running. I am assuming that this is the fault of an old timing belt. Where exactly is this belt located (a picture would be appreciated)? I guess I should inspect it right away.

timing and serpintine belt while viewing the engine from front of the car are to the left of the engine, if you dont know the condition of these belts, replace as soon as posssible, if you are not handy with working on cars, take it to someone who is, get the belts done a.s.a.p.

I can see the serpintine belt and it looks fine, no crack or anything but I can't see the timing belt. Is it near the bottom of the engine? A picture of what you are refering to would be a great help. I was also wondering if I can take the car to a regular car service to inspect/fix the belt or do I have to go to a volvo dealer?

thanks

looking at your engine from the front of the car, the timing belt is on the left of the engine (passenger side). There is a plastic cover that goes over it, and clips holding it on, you can loosen one side of the clips and kinda push the cover to the side (instead of taking it all the way off) and make sure it isnt looking like old leather. Volvo recommends timing belt service at 105k if im not mistaken. I just got mine done at 87k to be on the safe side.
