2 things that i am concerned about,

1. my front left blinker works pretty much only when it wants to, it comes and goes randomly, is this problem common

2. i have a humming type noise coming from the front left wheel area of the car while traveling at low speeds and will go away if i turn my wheels back and forth kinda a small swirve typa thing

 

1. Maybe the bulb or socket is bad. Does anything else not work when the blinker doesn't?

2. Maybe the wheel bearing is bad.
