I need to pass the California smog test. When I brought this 1997 S90 in, they checked the OPD system first. About six of the sensors reported as "Not Complete." They therefore could not complete the test. They said that driving it some more might help, but no matter what I did, the OPD reported the same. I had another shop diagnose it. They said it is a computer issue, and it might need to be replaced or "re-programed. They referred me to the Volvo dealer. Is there another explanation or a way to get this working even temporarily? Thanks

There is a drive cycle that usually has to complete for it to all be ready.

We have tried that several times, but the OPD test still comes up exactly the same.

Then maybe it might be the computer.
Is there any codes that keep coming back?
