Rear Seats - 2021 V90
All,
Picked up my first Volvo recently, a 2021 V90 Inscription T6 with the Polestar Engineered package. Lovely car with great gas mileage and an awesome sound system. I really have only one 'gripe' and it's a small one. We bought the car used, so someone else chose the options. This one has the rear booster seats, which are a nice gimmick, but we'll likely never use them. Has anyone ever tried to swap them for the heated rear seats that were also available on the car? When the car has the rear boosters, you cannot have heated seats. Interested in the wisdom of the group. Thanks,

You may even get lucky and find someone to swap with you.

It might be possible - but note the switches are not present in the center console - the wiring is probably there, but will it take cracking and telling the CEM that the car has heated rear seats?
I don't think heated seats were an after manufacture option- so it might not be possible to use VIDA to program the CEM to add that function. An aftermarket solution such as Vdash might be able to.
