My v90,2018,is making a ticking noise,after engine has stopped. And it is not stopping.
It sounds like the ticking is coming from one of the injectors.
Anyone else having this problem?

 

If you think its coming from one of the injectors, unplug it(the electrical connection) and see if it stops. Or you can use a non-contact voltage tester to avoid having to unplug them


If it was an injector ticking (meaning it would be firing) you would see fuel pressure issues and problems when starting the car afterwards.

 

or the ticking is one of the heat shields cooling down...
