Default V90/960 Wheel bearing/Hub Questions

I am looking at purchasing a 1996 960 (V90?), it's in pretty good shape overall, the only issue with it is a major one. The passenger front wheel feels like it's about to fall off. It doesn't make any grinding noises or anything, it just has a TON of slop and pulls the steering wheel all over the place. Without lifting the car (during the test drive) I got out and stuck my arm under there and yanked on the tie rod, control arm and strut. Nothing budged, but the wheel moves when I tug on it. I figure this has to be the wheel bearing? I popped off the lug cover and ONE nut was loose the others were tight. I tightened up the one, which obviously didn't fix the problem.

Assuming it's the wheel bearing, I want to get a quick replacement, something that is good enough to swap out and drive on for an hour back to where I live. There are a few junkyards and part outs going on around me, they all seem to have the 1995 and before models, which according to the part numbers I have aren't the same. Anyone have any info on why they aren't compatible with the later models, all the pictures look the same. If it's a difference in the ABS ring, that's too easy, I'll just go without ABS (unless the speedo uses the signal from it like the later ones...).

Also, on top of all of this, I am assuming a front wheel bearing is something I can change out really quick in a parking lot, otherwise forget it. Yes, I am mechanically inclined.

And sorry if you guys don't want me to post about a 960 on here, I just figured since it was the later model it would qualify more as a V90 than the other area which has 240s and 740s as well.

the front wheel bearing hub assembly (Genuine Volvo PN 271905) looks to be the same for 95-98s. You can buy at Tascaparts.com new for $140 - a Volvo dealer store. And don't go without the ABS...

Okay, well the junkyard has two 1994 940s. Looking at IPD the bearings fit up to 1995 940s and 960s up to 1994. I was off a year. I know I can get them online, but I want to be able to pick it up on my way to buy the car, not purchase it now, and then have the car sell before I get it. He's fixing a title issue, so I have a little time, but not that much. Plus $140!?!? Haha, are these rebuildable? I wonder if you can find a new bearing to punch into the hub, rather than paying that premium for the assembly.
