Volvo S90 Diagnostic problem
My 2017 Volvo S90 has Diagnostic problems after my last car service last March 5th 2021.
I brought the car to Cunningham AutoPoint in Galway —They had the car for five hours but failed to fix the problem—-They contacted Volvo Technical on 17/05/2021 to explain the Software issues and await to hear back from Volvo Technical.They charged me E120.
On the 18/05/2021 I asked Volvo Limerick (Lyons of Limerick) if they would investigate the issue ———-The earliest time they could check the car was 15/6/2021 . I brought the car to Volvo Limerick on 15/6/2021 at 9am , they gave me the car back at 5pm on the same day —-they charged me E113.50 but “Failed” to solve the Software problem.
Volvo Limerick Matt Bateson advised me to wait until he contacts me as he contacted Volvo Technical for assistance and he advised that he doesn’t know how long they will take to respond with advice to solve my Volvo S90 software problem.
To date I have paid :
Best Drive E280 for service and to try to solve the Volvo software issue
AutoPoint E120 to try to solve the Software issue
Lyons of Limerick E113 to Volvo Limerick to be told that they could not solve the Software problem.
I am very unhappy with Volvo as I am told that they cannot load Volvo Software onto my Volvo S90 which I bought in 2018 ——I am told that the Warranty ran out after 36 months—-The software issue happens five months after the Warranty expires.
has anybody had a similar experience with Volvo not being able to load Volvo Software onto their Volvo S90?
