Whats wrong with my V90 Engine?

I have a 97 V90, its a 2.9 in line 6, manual gearbox.
In the past few months the engine has developed some weird noises that I cant figure out.
First it makes a whining noise as rev's go up, but that may be from the power steering pump as it is kind of f'*cked and needs to be replaced.
The other noise, and what worries me most is a kind of grinding when I rev it up a ler go of the trothle(see vídeo), it also makes a whistle noise when I rev it up, kind of like a vacuum leak but coming from the front of the engine.
I replaced the PCV system as it had crankcase pressure and I thought that was causing the other noises, but they never went away.

Check your engine accessories, pulleys and timing belt pulleys. You may have a bad bearing in something that is being turned by a belt that is mankig noise, not a vaccum leak. Good luck!
