ABS and Speedometer
ABS module on my V40 died. Both brake light and ABS light were illuminated on the instrument panel. Also, speedo did not register.
Local shop (not dealership) recommended sending the unit to a shop in MA for rebuild.
Took a week, but the module came back and worked great. Cost of rebuild was $400. New part from dealership would have been $1200.
