Default CEL Error/Fault Codes

Hi friends,
I got these attached codes from my '01 V40 with an Elm325 scanner. I tried using the scanner to clear the codes, it showed 100% completed, but when I rescanned the errors we're still there.

I removed the battery for some minutes, drove the car for about 5miles and rescanned yet the codes are still there. Any hints on how to clear the codes before solving some of the problems.
The car drives a bit well just once in a while sputtering and rough idling.

For the Gen 1 S40/V40s any OBD2 scanner will read/clear the P codes. I just gave my son a Cen-tech from Harbor Freight that cost $29 (catalog coupon) that works just fine with his 2000 S40. Another option is to find a big box autoparts store like Autozone who rent scanners for free (at least around here). Disconnecting the battery won't erase the codes. Also since there are codes for the heater element in the O2 sensors, check for a blown fuse or a bad relay.
