I just resently bought 2001 v40 1.9T and I can not tell if its a SE model or base. The blue book shows the SE model a $1,000 more than the base. So wat are the difference between two? Is it supposed to have SE badge if it SE model? What are the options that SE have that the base doesn't? I'm going to sell this car so a $1,000 difference means a lot to me.

 

Nope, and SE you get a wing, tighter suspension (Though idk?), different wheels, and generally all have leather, which is what it really denotes. I have an SE and i sit about .5inch lower than others, but maybe also due to heavy system in trunk, Don know . Also SE mostly came with sunroof's too.

 

Well I got leather, moon roof (slide and tilt), nice *** wheels, but no wing. I'm gonna post few pics.
