ok so in order for my foglights to work i need to have a fuse in the parking lights fuse spot, but when i put a fuse in there, my fog lights work but my right turn signal just stays on. it doesn't blink it just stays on. Any idea why?

You may have a bad bulb.

 

Is it the rear, front, or both that stays on? Is it on all the time with the fuse in? Or just with the fogs on?

If it's just the rear, and only withe fogs on, it could be the rear fog lamp, whitch is usually only installed on one side for some reason. Have you tried turning the turn signal on and off etc.?

Otherwise... As above, it could certainly be a faulty bulb...
