Front and Rear Position lights won't work

Front and Rear Position lights won't work
We have a 2000 V40 with about 120k miles. The running/position lights in the front and the back have decided not to work anymore. We have replaced the bulbs and changed the fuses, but still no lights.
Again, only the front and back running lights are not working. The side position lights, all headlights, brake lights, blinkers, reverse lights, and license plate light all work, just not the position lights.
Anyone got any thoughts on this or seen this before?
