Head rest forward seats adjustment

Head rest forward seats adjustment
Hello,
I have a bought a 2nd hand, built in September 2002 Volvo V40.
My problem is that I try to adjust head rest angle for front seats and I don't know how to do it.
The seats are normal seats, not electronically controlled.
Driver's seat has a bigger angle than the right seat.
For long way drives it's really uncomfortable to sit with my head leaned forward.
Please help me. Many thanks,
jbr

RE: Head rest forward seats adjustment
The head restraints in a Volvo are not adjustable, but don't despair. The seats are the most comfortable and carefully designed in the world. Just focus on adjusting the whole seat properly, with the expectation that your head will not normally be in contact with the head restraint. When the seat is properly adjusted, everything will just feel right - including the position of the head restraint.

problems with volvo headrest in s60
I have had my Volvo S60 for one and a half weeks and have not had any luck adjusting the seat so that the headrest doesn't push my head way forward. I really wish the headrest was adjustable.
What is the best way to adjust the Volvo seat so that my head won't hurt after driving? I have a spinal cord injury and I bought the car because the salesman said the seats were the most comfortable for people like me. I have since found that not to be true. I hope you will have a suggestion for me...
