Default jedc
v40 t4 cooling system when expansion tank is filled up engine over heatsand two electrric fans come on and engine over heats so much that waterescapes from expansion tank under severe pressure .engine is extremly hot but the radiator is stone cold . can any body help me!

water pump maybe. overheating on this motor is not good, Call your local auto store and ask for a block tester.

Thermostat may be stuck closed. Or the system could have become air-bound but my money is on the T-stat.
