I have a 2013 1.6 s40 es does this have city safe thank you I have a 2013 1.6 D to S 40 does this have city safe thank you

Check your car settings menu - if you see a selection to disable it, then your car has it. Note that the V40s got this feature in 2012 and all Volvos except the XC90 had it starting in 2014.
