Some diagnosis/code questions

My 01 has been stuttering under throttle. It also idles like crap when I first start it.
I ran the codes and got:
P0128 Coolant Temp too Low
P0130 O2 sensor
P0017 Camshaft correlation sensor Bank1 Sensor B
P0505 Idle control system malfunction
My first thought based on the way the car was running was coils. I know they are prone to failure in this modal, and these have never been replaced as far as I can tell.
However, seeing the codes has me wondering.
What exactly in this cam sensor? Is it the position sensor or the VVT control valve, because in my studies I read that the VVT system can cause my symptoms if it acts up. I just did the timing belt. Could I have messed up the VVT somehow? I didn't do anything to it but move the exhaust cam around to line everything up. Would pulling and cleaning the sensor help? Where is it since my Haynes book doesn't bother to mention it?
And what about the P0505? Any ideas?
Finally, you may recall that I posted a couple weeks ago that I was doing the vent box because the car smoked at idle. Yesterday it started smoking again. Dang it! I checked the hoses around the box, but didn't check all the way back to the turbo, so I guess that's my next project.
Anyway, thanks for the help.

You might want to use the search function to do some research about radio codes.
They are VIN specific, so you'll have to go to the dealer to get it. Some people have had luck calling with the VIN, but the San Antonio dealership wouldn't do it for me over the phone.
