Default Starter motor

Anyone changed a starter motor on a 1997 2 litre(non GDI)v40 , Haynes manual says you have to remove inlet manifold, injector rail, throttle housing, etc etc Got a new starter for £30 but If I have to remove all these items could add up, gaskets,O rings for injectors alone are £29etc..Any ideas before I start and waste loads of money,,,,,

This is from VADIS. It seems quite straightforward.

I have found that Haynes is not as good as it used to be. My 850 book has several mistakes in it.
